Gentlemen, has it given you the confidence to go from an event like the ILT20 Development Tournament full of professional players? Punya, first of all, then Ayan.

The Talent Pathway Programme has given me the confidence to take part in the ILT20 Development Tournament because it equipped me with all the tools I need to succeed.

Great coaching and also educating me in all aspects of the sport.

And I think that's a really, really great initiative.

I can definitely see a clear pathway to the Desert Vipers squad because the programme clearly shows what steps you need to keep moving up and the coaches are always watching our performance and giving us real opportunities to step up.
