They built concrete over it to stop any of the nuclear waste or whatever you want to call it from seeping into the climate or the... geography around it and look humans can't live there but animals are thriving first of all and then you compare that to where the nuke the nukes were dropped and as you say they are habitable so either there's and again this is how you know you logically need to go through these things either it's that nukes are fake and it was just a big bomb anyway because there's no radiation, or actually it's the method of delivering the nuclear that determines the level of devastation, i.e. to have a nuclear power plant is different to having nuclear bombs, if that makes sense.
