One of my first guests on this program was as a curriculum specialist we talked about the trends in math and reading amongst american students and sort of you know how these foundations bleed into you know bleed into future career prospects so just could you could you give a comment on i guess the investments in development uh besides just the exposure of things that are necessary to make sure that the kids like like those once indicated have the best chance to compete for sort of these future careers and You mentioned you do some work with your kids yourself, so if you could give us a little insight from that perspective, I think that

would be very helpful.
