You know, what was your, I guess, life like going through school, and how did that shape your relationship to learning and to wanting to teach or not teach?

Yeah.

So when I think about and I talk about my experience in education, I'm talking about traditional education.

I'm talking about school, the institution of school that starts around four or five years old, mandatory until you're about 18, and then optionally you can go into higher ed.

And I always hated school.

I hated going to school.

There were a number of different reasons for that, and it really wasn't until probably the last five years or so that I began to unpack it.

But what do you do in the classroom when someone's like, or, you know, the proverbial classroom, the Zoom room, wherever you are with these people, when they're like, "I can't figure it out, Podge"? [chuckles] How do you handle moments like that in your teaching?
