i mean what do you think about that should back offices have more of a say and more autonomy to decide what systems the business use and how it gets used
14:31
i think a business owner you know will have obviously will have a lot of trust in in the back office and if you've got the right team team there then yes and and i mean nobody will look away when they can see what the, you know, they can get what the outcome will be, you know, for them.
14:51
But yes, I believe that people that work with it, that's where the biggest change will be.
14:57
And I mean, it's not to say, there's always been the situation where, you know, where you can't get past.
15:06
And I mean, I know when we're implementing systems, if you don't have the buy-in, from you know the top down then you know you probably will not have success so even though the back office says this is this is going to work for us you know this implementation is great and it's going to work and you do not have to back the backing of the buying of the business owner it typically will not you know chances that it will succeed is very slim so yes you can't So it's a difficult question in the one hand, because yes, the knowledge or the way that it should be used, that should all happen in the back office.
15:45
But do not put the business owner on the side, pull them in, make them involved, let them understand what the value is of the proposition as you go through this.
15:59
um and i think it's it's it's something where you where you need to first of all have a very clear architecture in place understand your systems architecture if you don't have a systems architecture it's very difficult to understand you know do i need this technology or don't i need this technology because you need to map the features to the process um and sometimes and i know we've seen it a lot um you know we probably use um 60 if that much of the system's features um and and that's not just um you know um Let's say an advice tool or any of those.

um but and automation does have this promise to say look we're gonna leave the admin to to ai uh you do the clients like you speak to clients but where do you see they make the biggest difference i
