So, Pierre, can you tell us more about the results of the PISCES-2 trial? And more specifically, what is the impact of whole pelvic radiotherapy on oncological endpoints?

Pierre BlanchardGUEST
Before jumping to the results, let me just, uh, uh, briefly mention the, the standard of care that was used in the trial.

Pierre BlanchardGUEST
So at that time, it was prostate radiotherapy, seventy-four to seventy-eight gray using IMRT.

Pierre BlanchardGUEST
The radiotherapy had to start with three months after the, uh, randomization, and hormonal therapy was given for three years, so it was a long-term hormonal radiotherapy.

Pierre BlanchardGUEST
And, um, pelvic radiotherapy, uh, fields were defined according to the JTUG guidelines, so it was between forty-six and fifty gray, and it would cover the obturator level, internal, external iliac, up to, uh, two centimeters of common iliac nodes and the presacral area.

Do you think that the ADT duration was enough and might have, uh, enabled to eradicate all the positive lymph nodes that would have been found on PSMA PET-CT? Do you think that, um, in this population of patients, long-term ADT is enough to treat a potential micrometastatic involvement in pelvic lymph node?
