So my question with our new Pope, Pope Leo, pulling women into more administrative work, how do you see the future of the church with some of these milestones that are happening?

Well, you know, the question is management or ministry.

There's certainly tremendous opportunities for women in management in the church.

We know that in the Curia in Rome, the Pope's senior staff, if you will.

He's got two or three women, women religious, as heads of what they're now called dicasteries.

And he actually has a woman religious who is the governor of Vatican City State.

Now, it doesn't sound like a big deal, but she's in charge of the parking and the plumbing.

Where do you see the future of the church going?
