... what kind of design they're going to end up with?

The first thing we want to know is, I mean, we look at their space, but we want to know what they like.

You know, there'll be different types of doors that they prefer.

So we, we, yeah, we, we walk them around.

We show them the different range, and then we try and work out what speaks to them.

Once they have an idea in their head of what they, they like, then we start asking them, "What are in your wardrobes? What do you need? What do you have too much of? What do you have too little of? What are you going to..." You want to future-proof it as well to a certain extent.

So once we know the doors that they like and the room type, then we work on the internals.

Um, and it's kind of all those little bits that you can have fun with as well.
