Can you share with us what some of those problems are that owners encounter? Yeah.

Philip SteinerGUEST
Yeah, I think really recent examples are around what is happening in the Middle East.

Philip SteinerGUEST
Inevitably, everyone is asking, what does that mean for inbound travel from the Middle East or maybe US inbound travel? But I think the real challenges are actually not on that front.

Philip SteinerGUEST
Because we might not be feeling some of the impact today on some of the things like petrol and the secondary tier cost base that suppliers will feel in the future.

Philip SteinerGUEST
And so, for instance, if you take a linen contract as a perfect example, they are not feeling the impact today, but they will feel the impact in the next six months because their utility costs will rise and they will have to somehow pass that on to hotels.

Philip SteinerGUEST
So rather than looking at all of the inbound travel and looking at all of the problems of today and reacting to them, What we try to do now as our new business is to really focus proactively on the future and where in the next six months are going to be problems.

So when it comes to owners, do you think sometimes they have like mixed expectations? Do you, what sort of things do you have to manage their expectations about?
