Uh, but I think the key for me was really trying to listen and understand, uh, and really appreciate the local community and how I could fit in in a way that hopefully created value beyond just the work that we did.

You're constantly looking for, how do I add more value here, or bring an expert there that they haven't asked for but could really provide a new insight? And I think that's something that just, it resonates with me as a person, but also I think how can we go above and beyond to meet, uh, unreasonable expectations so that you are as successful as can be?
