So can you actually break that down for us and talk about that experience especially talking about pushing the bubble and doing something completely outside of your traditional pathway

yeah sure so i'll start with my office we're the chief of staff of the air force's strategic studies group so think about what's happening one to two years from now how can we impact change how can we impact modernization for the air force what are some strategic concepts or theories that we can help navigate and communicate across the staff on behalf of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, in a way that helps bring us together for a stronger and more lethal force.

With that, a few years ago, innovation was a hot topic.

It was a buzzword.

It was everything you want it to be and everything you don't want it to be all in one, right? And my office helped invest in AFWERX and AFWERX Spark.

And with that, they were like, you know, one thing that the Air Force is missing is talent management.

How do we identify these airmen that are talented individuals that have these unique capabilities that we're not tracking? Right.

Maybe I don't want to ask this question, right? But what was your time like working here at Tesseract and on the CR team?
