That's why we don't like keeping a lot of inventory in-house for your company or my company or whoever you might be.

Yep.

So they got rid of that tax.

So basically then companies didn't have to pay that tax, so their tax bill all got cut.

So that reduces the amount of money coming to the schools and the systems.

Now the state has something that I like to say are the short-term promises, right? So whenever they take something away, they always talk about a replacement tax or a makeup.

And so they put in something that was about a six-year makeup that said, five or six-year makeup that said, we're going to make you whole until we get to the other side of this.

What, what is that like going from one, one superintendent to the next and how difficult is it as a board to kind of adopt and not adopt, but just kind of get a sense for the direction the school needs to go under
