Uh, for you, how does this compare to the rest of your coaching career? Is this also the highest level for you?

No, no, I've been at level six a couple of times, and been promoted from level six.

Um, so, um, I d- I think the problem as soon as you go from as into the regional leagues, which, uh, I was quite successful with Bury St Edmunds and, and sort of, uh, Cambridge, uh, in what was the old sort of London leagues before the restructure, i- is that, uh, a lot of the clubs are very well structured, they're very well coached, they're very well organized, and, uh, a lot of the games are tighter.

So y- you generally get a sort of a lot more 36-31 and 25-19 type of games, one try in it.

So it really becomes a, a game of fine margins.

You know, sometimes you can win a game 'cause your goal kicker's on form, and he slots five from five.

On another day, you know, your goal kicker's missed, uh, mi- missed those kicks and you end up losing by three points.

For the club, what's it mean to be at this level? How significant a step is it for them, um, in terms of, yeah, the ongoing improvement that, that we wanted when it went to 1871, the whole Ealing 1871 setup? Um, yeah, how big a step up is it for them? Um ...
