So originally it was a composting project, which got off quite well, but over time started to struggle.

Notice that as we're based on the recycling center, that the public were bringing in items that could perhaps be sold on to support the project.

And then the penny dropped that actually.

there was a bigger project to hand there.

So the composting project was let go gradually and then the reuse project took over.

I became involved when it was already a reuse project and that was about 12 years ago.
