And, and I know when we talked that day that, that you were involved or, And I don't know if that was with the Adaptive Aquatics or with Camp ASCA in one of the first adaptive ski tournaments that took place here.

Yeah, actually, it was before I came over there as a full-time employee of camp.

But we hosted the country's first... uh adaptive water ski tournament and we called it the aska masters um and and and if you get a chance we need to see if we can find the old file yeah definitely um it was there and that uh back in those days uh eddie sokel was the marketing director and eddie was real involved in the tournament But we, of course, called it the, you know, the Masters is the big water ski tournament that's down at Callaway Gardens every year that people come from all over the world.

So it was just natural that we had the ASCA Masters.

It was the first time that skiers from across the country and truly across the country came in and we ran it.

just as you would any competitive term we had judges come in we had drivers come in safety directors come in so it was a it was a huge thing and and i never really thought about it as being you know it was just something that the sport had to had to witness but yeah at one of our recent nationals And now, you know, the sport has grown so tremendously.

But at one of our recent nationals, the guru of adaptive water skiing, who's Jim Grew with the American Water Ski Association, or USA Water Ski as it's now called, said that as we were, he was going over how many national tournaments we've had.
