Is there anything specifically that pushed you to support it? Were there parts of it that as it passed or maybe as it was originally drawn up that you maybe didn't agree with?

Sure.

And it received unanimous support, I think, because of the compromises that were worked out around the committee table, which is always a good place to be.

You know, I always try to search for a way to get to a 9-0 vote.

I think whenever Councilor Bellis first brought the idea, it was not going to pass in its original form.

She made some accommodations and some concessions and others did as well.

And I think that's really a good form of government to have.

When the moratorium ends, whenever that is, what do you think success looks like from your perspective? What will make you feel like, all right, well, that moratorium was worth it and beneficial?
