12:14
Major Phil Jones gives us a rundown.
12:16
So this is a hotel company from 2RCR.
12:19
We just finished what we're calling the Level 3 validations.
12:22
So I dropped them off, loaded weapons, live ammunition, you know, go forth and complete it.
12:26
The first platoon kicked off at like 6 a.m. And the second platoon here just finished their attack.
7:18
Is that fair?
7:20
Yeah, it's fair.
7:21
I think, you know, he's gonna have to balance that really well.
7:23
Uh, manage the two game week really well and the, the, the load with the, the lads during the week.
7:28
Uh, once you start picking up a couple of injuries then, then it becomes a more of a daunting task, I think.
7:33
I think the one thing I would say is sort of the midfield balance when they lost Casemiro, well, not lost, but ch- chose to, to let him go and not renew his contract at the end of the season, you know, there was a big sort of stigma around the sort of athleticism, power in midfield and how open they were on transition and the goals they were conceding.
7:51
Um, no, I like Tielemans as a player.

6 MINS LATER

13:35
For, for a team that is one of the biggest in the world, there does seem to be almost a small-minded mentality to the way in which they approach bringing players in, Phil.
13:31
So from a industry point of view, how do you think the industry is actually performing on a whole, whether positive, negative, and how is that benefiting Ingenious and our drivers? So the one thing
13:42
you'll hear in automotive is everyone talking about change.
13:45
There's always loads of change.
13:46
There's always loads of uncertainty.
13:48
That's been true the whole time.
13:50
And people always tell you it's hard as well.
13:54
I think there was only like a short period after COVID when car dealers were making really good money.
17:33
And it can't be training on the app
24:17
So what has been going on with the Wildcats and Lounds, Caulkwit, all the heavy hitters? What have you seen out of them this offseason?
24:26
Yeah, so Valdosta is, well, both teams are just coming off their preseason scrimmage this past weekend.
24:34
Both teams looked exceptionally sound.
24:38
Valdosta has got, I would say, the two best, running back, the two best running back tandem in the state.
24:49
And Deron Foster, who is headed to Oregon State, and Marquis Finnell, who I believe the ATC ranked him the number one running back in the state, and he's well deserving of that.
25:00
He's heading to Stanford.
25:04
And so both those young men are going to go way across the country to play their college football.
26:36
When you look at coaching carousel, which ones intrigued you the most coming in here to 26 when it comes to A, combining reclassification with a new coach in a new environment? What are the variables that you're staring at with the new guys?
25:39
like four to six
25:40
weeks of just eating soft food and liquid.
25:42
It's very painful.
25:43
For, in the end, a couple of months, I realized that I was still having sleep apnea.
25:49

The first platoon kicked off at, like, 6:00 AM, and the sec- the second platoon here has just finished their, uh, their attack.
5:39
[laughs]
5:39
I've gotta deliver on this promise.
5:41
And two weeks tr- earlier, I'd, I'd delivered a training called Magic Words: 17 Sequences of Words to Sell Without Being Salesy.
5:49
I took that two-page PDF.
5:51
I padded around it a little with some words.
5:53
I sent it off to a e-book designer on fiverr.com.
5:56
I paid a fiver, and I got back an EPUB.

16 MINS LATER

21:36
Right.
6:58
[laughs]
6:58
...
6:58
it was quite evident there was a lot of players, there was a lot of players playing in, in, in, in positions as I previously spoke about numerous of times where, you know, he had left backs playing right backs, left wing backs playing left side center half, sixes playing tens, tens playing eights, and it just...
7:13
You can get away with one or two of them in a game, and I think over the, over the season, it caught up on him.
7:18
Um, for me, I think you're looking at those are the names that have been on the list before.
7:22
Look, they're all top managers, but there's no guarantee it's gonna work.
7:25
There's no guarantee they're gonna get success just because an Ancelotti walks through the door or whoever.
7:56
How do you think the defenders have done in that role? I've seen it called a crisis defense, but it doesn't look like too much of a crisis right now, Phil.

I was just going to ask Phil, with all p- you know, Shaq and myself and Phil played the game, right? Have you ever worked with Phil or seen a manager who has been less flexible in his system or less flexible in making changes, and very stubborn in the way he plays? I've, I, I would imagine most managers you've played under had at least a little bit of flexibility.
16:24
Yeah, I'm trying to think about managers.
16:26
Maybe I would say Louis van Gaal was very rigid, very, um, his way or no way.
16:34
Um, but he did have the ability to change, and what we did before games and, you know, the day before a game I remember doing 11 v 11 and it was always about the players and how they felt in the system, and you know, if the center half stepped in, how did he feel about stepping in? Did you feel vulnerable? Did you feel like you could go and get there? It was always a collective, uh, collaborative decision with the players, and I think the players embraced that.
16:56
Um, not sure how much the players have an influence in, in, in that today.
17:00
Um, but yeah, certainly he's, he's very, very rigid.
17:03
He's not going to change for no one.
20:36
How do you explain what's happened to Manchester United since Sir Alex left?
