Oh, look, I enjoy Jay's podcast and avidly follow him.

But he told a really interesting story about the person with the raft.

And it relates very closely to leadership in terms of a metaphor.

Because the idea of someone coming up to a river, trying to work out how to cross that river, building a raft, getting across the river.

Then he's on a hill with a forest in front of him.

But gee, that raft worked really well.

Is this part of a movement, would you say, Phil? Or are you kind of like, is what you're doing at the minute something quite different?
