And so what was it that kind of transferred this thought to, you know, you're working your day job, we'll call it, and then you're like, let's build the race, you know, spacing over the league here.

Yeah, so my background's bizarre, right? So I'm an attorney by trade, came up through Defense World on the space side, did a little bit in maneuverable platforms, spent a good bit of time doing launch aggregation and reselling, and then most recently was CEO at a space-based optics company called Scout doing basically space-to-space imaging, primarily for the intelligence community.

So, you know, that evolution is frankly quite a weird one.

But the idea behind building the first professional competitive ecosystem in space really came around five or six years ago, all the way back during COVID times.

And really, this was a realization as I was pivoting out of working at Raytheon and a number of jobs very much in the kind of pointing to the spirit defense world.

to this new kind of dual use, semi-commercial, semi-defense space economy.

And I was learning about what the industry can do and thinking about what the commercial possibilities are of tomorrow.
