I, I, I think it sort of follows a bit of a pattern.

I think when you're young, you... it's all about learning about yourself, right? And so...

and, and learning about what it means to be a person, a good person.

What, what does it mean to succeed? So when you're young, you're trying to figure out what that means.

Um, what does it mean to be a good person? The next stage, I think, is more about how do you learn to lead yourself, right? Because I think to be able to lead others, you've gotta be able to lead yourself first.
