And so you're saying you go from greenfield exploration, doing geology, geophysics, finding the resource, all the way through building the power plant, putting it on the grid, and selling electricity.

That's right.

Yeah, it actually begins a little bit before that.

We start from a philosophy of talking to the customer and seeing... what their needs are, utilities and data centers, to know the size, the location, and the nature of how they want their load served.

That informs where we look on the grid for opportunities.

That informs the land.

And then we start to look at the subsurface from a public data point of view.

What is that technology differentiator? What is the thing that you think sets you apart? Why should investors be calling you as opposed to anybody else?
