And then they want to become a thought leader.

Yeah.

So there is no one process.

So, so the question is, you know, if you or I decided we were having a conversation and said, you know, I'm going to become a pilot, right? I love flying and I'm going to become a pilot.

And you would, and you might say, Hey, I'm, you know, I'm going to do that too.

Then we would talk about the process.

We would have the same process.
