I suppose, maybe an update on court, any updates on any court appearances, things that have been going on?

Do you know what? The ones that I'm actually being physically involved in, one party has just pulled out of the court case together and tried to actually close it down.

because they were the actual claimant.

And it's just through health reasons, mental health, you know, and this is the thing that you have to try and get through to people, you know... before you get involved in any of these adventures just remember how dirty this world is especially when it comes into like the legal world and what these people are like barristers and solicitors and judges and courts and ushers and all of these people you know it's it's really really um aggressive and if you unless you can really prepare yourself mentally and physically and emotionally then i wouldn't get involved you know i now know two people who've pulled out this year that i was involved with um you know like going over their paperwork obviously i'm not giving advice we just like created together everything that i've done before i can like i can share with them and it's just working if if there was a description it would be called a mckenzie friend you know when you go into the court you can't say anything but you can definitely help you know with the uh what to say on you know together you're not allowed to you know you know, objection your honour or any of that kind of stuff.

But so that's really what it is.

But yeah, so we've had a couple of people pull out there, one of them just this week.

And, you know, it's one of those things that you've got to really be prepared for.

You know, like, when you're traveling... you know it's i mean you you know yourself i suppose from the fighting you probably had to go to different it's all right when you're young kind of going to hotels and things like that or airbnbs vicious it's terrible it's it's not a nice experience but they're doing that all their life then they've given up their kind of base thinking they're beating the system and i think the best thing is beat them and do what you're doing that you're stepping away from it you know your sovereignty they can't get at you and that you're like what you're doing with the solar because i mean you've done it really well because most people they're paying 10 grand and more and they like there's a lot of trickery as well because they come along to go oh we're giving you a grant and then you can't sell it because now they've got the rights over your house and they don't people don't even know they think oh this is great my electricity is going to drop and it's over for 20 years 25 years and then they try to sell their house and they go no you can't sell your house so the way that you're kind of explaining how cheap you can do what about like are you getting city water or have you got a well because I see some people I mean it depends on the size of the land and everything in the water table but that's the other one as well if you can get the water because you know I mean the toxins they're putting into the water the fluoride in the UK and Ireland they don't do that here but still they still put in loads of chemicals

Just a little bit about you, Peter, and how you founded Volterra, how you got into automotive, and then we're going to move on to what you're doing now.

Yeah, sure.

So it was a bit of a chance coincidence.

I was finishing my master's degree in LSE.

And then I spoke with my co-founder, Alexander, was introduced to him after my degree.

We had a coffee together.

It was like the end of 2020, started 2021, before the whole Tesla hype and EV thing came into fruition.

What's in your near future in a minute? What are you thinking about? What's exciting for you?

I would have had some hospital visits.

But, you know, like up like here, we live in we can actually see the Cheviot Hills through this this window here, the border of England and Scotland.

And right on there in the middle of the Cheviot Hills, they've got a special ancient breed of cattle.

Are you able to cover, like, how you can kinda go, "Hey, hey, boys, take this piece of shit out and replace it [laughs] with something that's not gonna damage my health"?

Yeah.

And you know, the thing is, right, uh, j- just that's probably a good point to touch on because, uh, there's a few people that are, uh, going through that literally now in the group.

And, um, you have to remember who you're dealing with, right? These corporations are literally, um, dead entities.

So they've got, like, no em- empathy with y- whatsoever of your situation.

You know, and you hate it when you listen to them say, "Oh, well, yes, we understand." No, you don't.

Right? You don't know anything.

They see a system simplified like we've discussed earlier, and then they go away and do it, and then they're going, "Ooh." And I think it's brilliant when you see somebody having a win, because you know they're fighting the bad boys and it's like, "Okay, nice one."
