Tell me a little bit about... you know, your origin and how you actually got into dealing with employee ownership programs.

As you mentioned in my introduction, there's really been three acts of Mike Freer.

You know, I spent some time working in politics, spent some time working in big five banking, and now as a certified exit planning advisor, I help business owners figure out what it is that they actually want to accomplish when it comes time for that inevitable transition.

And then, you know, should an employee ownership option be on the table, you know, can work more intently with folks then.
