And so i- if a customer comes to you, what, what would a typical project look like for you in terms of from where it starts to where it ends?

Yeah.

So kind of common project, uh, schedule at c-marks, uh, starts with, uh, the very first, uh, telecourse, phone calls with the, uh, on the production facilities at the customer, or the customer visit us.

And the, um, core, let's say, topic is to clarify the real technical demands of the customer and, uh, in detail.

That means what is the material we have to, uh, print on? There are some compliance with standards, uh, we have to fulfill.

Uh, what are the production volumes? What is the environment of the customer where he produce? What is the user interface he wants to work with? Does he has some specific, uh, things in terms of staff members, uh, which should work on the machines? Is it one, two shifts, three shift? And so on.

So really the basic, yeah, that we can, uh, provide them the best solution.
