Take it away, Peter.
2:09
Thank you, Neil.
2:11
Just before we start, just take us a step back.
2:13
Where have you come from with metastatic triple negative breast cancer? These are the outcome data only 10 years ago.
2:20
And we saw that on average, if triple negative breast cancer comes back on average, it comes back after about 18 months, two years.
2:26
And the data back then, first-line chemotherapy, the average time was three months, 12 weeks of therapy.
2:33
Only three out of four patients were well enough to make it to second-line therapy and stayed on average on there for two months.

And we're going to start out talking about just a little bit of an overview in terms of PD-1 negative versus positive, Peter.

Following on, Peter Schmid from Queen Mary University of London explores findings by menopausal status from the phase three LIDERRA trial of gydrestrone versus standard of care endocrine therapy in endocrine receptor-positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer.
4:58
The LIDERRA trial is the first phase three trial of an oral SERD to readout in early stage, uh, breast cancer.
5:05
It is a randomized trial of gydrestrone given for five years compared to standard of care endocrine therapy, which could be tamoxifen or the aromatase inhibitors, anastrozole, letrozole, or exemestane.
5:15
Patients selected for this trial were selected by risk.
5:18
It included node-positive patients, but also node-negative patients if they had additional risk factors, including for tumors larger than one centimeter, grade three, high genomic score, or high Ki-sixty-seven.
5:31
For this, for ASCO twenty twenty-six, we presented updated data on the menopausal stages we have previously demonstrated with just under three years of follow-up that the addition that, that giving gydrestrone instead of standard of care endocrine therapy significantly and in a meaningful way improves i-the invasive disease-free survival with a hazard ratio of nought point seven.
5:51
We'd also shown that distant recurrence-free interval was improved with a hazard ratio of nought point six nine.

Peter Schmid also provides insight into the final analysis of the KEYNOTE-five two two trial of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy, followed by adjuvant pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy alone in high-risk early-stage triple-negative breast cancer.
6:16
Peter, did you want to talk
6:18
to the nonprofit a little bit? I'm happy to.
6:21
So about four years ago, members of the Friends of Attention Coalition, who had been convening for summer schools, who had been writing together and thinking together and creating artworks together, decided that we needed to take our commitment to to forms of attention conducive to freedom and get it out into the world, you know, get it out onto the streets.
6:45
And so the form that that took among a bunch of folks who identified, I think, primarily as educators was a curriculum, a kind of workshop format where people would get together and and practice forms of joint durational attention together, reflect on that experience, and then position it critically in relation to the larger kind of techno-industrial context that has commodified our attention.
7:11
And so that was the attention lab.
7:14
And over the course of about nine months, we facilitated those labs all over the place.
7:19
We did travel gigs.

How are you putting forward a possibility to move beyond the politics of despair? Yeah, thank you, Chris.
