So now let's start the journey to like, how do we get to call centers? I know that's probably a question that somebody asked you at dinner parties, like map the journey to me.
18:00
Yeah, there is a weird through line.
18:02
It's not a very logical one, but there is a weird through line.
18:05
So Remember I said I got sued.
18:07
Remember I told you that they were blaming me for the cigar smoke.
18:10
So during that journey, I did have to take remediation actions, right? To try to figure out what was going on because I want to do the right thing anyway.
18:17
And again, I didn't know at the time that it was all a big ruse.

17 MINS LATER

35:47
But like biggest moment along the way where you're just like, oh, holy, like, how am I going to get out of this?
4:14
I guess what I'm asking is it just providing the fish or do you also have an option that's a teach a man to fish? We actually, we,
4:22
we will do a little bit of like the fishing for you.
4:25
Like if you want us to just sell you leads, we do that kind of like as a downsell, to be honest with you.
4:30
But our primary, our, our primary product, our primary service is building out full fledged, fully managed leads.
4:36
call centers where the client owns it.
4:39
So if you're a Mr. Roofer, then you would own the call center.
4:42
We would build everything out for you.

33 MINS LATER

38:08
Yeah.
18:37
What did you learn about the leads you think that, you know, made things different from, you know, running into a lot of the problems that most people have with leads to having a breakthrough moment of like, aha, like this is an angle maybe that nobody else was saying, like, what did you do differently?
18:50
The breakthrough for me was a shit ton of trial and error, a shit ton of trial and error.
18:55
It was just a constant battle every day of of learning a new marketing source and really becoming an expert at that marketing source.
19:04
And I think that is a mistake.
19:06
This is a mistake that a lot of business owners make is they dabble too little in any one particular marketing source and they don't become an expert in that thing.
19:14
And then they ended up and then they realize it doesn't work all that well for them.
19:17
So they move on to the next thing.

16 MINS LATER

35:46
That'd be pretty fascinating for people listening.
PhilHOST
0:39
So tell us more about what you're offering here to people with this.
0:44
Well, everybody is different from each other.
0:48
And we don't really understand that as much because we'd like everybody to be like us.
0:54
But we're all so different.
0:56
And if you come from a large family, you know how different everybody is, and they can't help it, even with the same parenting, et cetera.
1:05
So my goal is to help people understand their uniqueness, why they are different from everybody else, and I use different methods for that, including the human design system, including the birth cards that you're born to, the source cards, which we know as playing cards.
1:28
For instance, I'm a four of clubs, and we're all different, so we all play different cards all our lives.
PhilHOST
2:38
So what else do you want our listeners to know here? What do you want to tell them about this today?
12:04
how does a call center solve for quality? Yeah.
12:07
That's that is a really, really good question.
12:09
And this is, I think, where people should be taking notes right now.
12:14
Where does a call center fix the problem that other traditional forms of advertising can't? And I'll explain exactly why.
12:22
When you run Facebook, here's what most people think.
12:25
Most people think I want an exclusive lead, right? Maybe I'm a plumber.
12:28
Maybe I'm a roofer.

25 MINS LATER

37:39
Correct.
