And if you fill the wine bottle up by half, you know, the frequency will go up.

[wine bottle thumping] So it's the same thing.

The, the, the, each pipe is an air column or an air chamber, and when the wave hits into the pipe, it, it creates a vibration that makes that air column resonate at a certain frequency or sound note.

As the water fills the pipe, there's less air, and that makes the pitch get higher.

It's quite melodic.

It's quite beautiful.

This energy comes as a result of the relationship between the, uh, uh, the earth and the sun, which determines the seasons and our weather, and it's also the relationship between the earth and the moon, which, which affects the tides.

Or how do, what's your philosophy on that?

Yeah.

Re- really good point, and it's something that, you know, we, you know, or I obsess over, you know, daily, weekly, monthly, which is, you know, you've got to have the right cultural fit, uh, with individuals.

You know, there's a, a huge amount of bright people out there in the market, but you, you need them to fit in the organization and work from that, that point of view.

So the cultural assessment and cultural fit for us is key.

Um, also individuals that have got a, you know, real passion and degree of curiosity, because a lot of what we're doing, um, hasn't been done before, and so you're, you're breaking down boundaries and you're pushing things at pace.

And the other point is as well is, you know, we're not an R&D facility, we are a production facility.
