What's your current role now?

Yeah, so right now I am chair of the Employee Ownership Foundation.

So that is the charitable foundation that's associated with the ESOP Association.

And that's really dedicated to the broader mission of expanding employee ownership worldwide, not just in the U.S.

But I kind of came up through the association over the years started attending conferences in 2005 when we first put the partial in place but really got passionate about it probably about 2015 or so right after we went 100 percent joined the board in 2019 and then became the chair of the the public policy council right before this gentleman over

I'm the son-in-law

of EA's founder.

So Lauren Jensen was a Johns Hopkins scientist.
