Ran their military programs there in Colorado Springs.

I was very familiar with the market, the territory from being the recruiting commander in Colorado Springs.

Very successful, I think, in that role.

But when COVID happened, we decided to move away from Colorado back to Florida.

I was in Florida, had basically moved back to Florida to settle the family home, opened my profile on Indeed and on LinkedIn.

So what advice can you offer a service member that is about a year out from making the transition and is interested in going to work for Cox?
