So, I mean, what are some ways that you found that I could design a practice, especially as I'm incorporating the ways that I want the players to play?
18:45
Yeah, I think less in the practice plan.
18:49
And when I say that, again...
18:52
You know, big influence in Australian coaching from some of those tremendous, you know, collegiate coaches and a very structured, almost militaristic practice plan, you know, down to the minute and whatever else.
19:09
and I think we've found that we're spending our time servicing the practice plan not teaching the players like we're so committed to this every single staying on time or all those things you know um you know I'm a I'm a great admirer of Rory Williams but you know he would have things down to two and a half minutes with a you know 20 second break into that you know and You really need a full-time timekeeper to keep you on time.
19:38
But to answer your question, just a little bit less.
19:40
So have more training blocks rather than specific, you know, we're going to build up one-on-zero, one-on-one, two-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-zero, three-on-three, where we're just working through and we talk to our coaches about make sure that you're servicing the players, you're not servicing your practice plan.

And so how are you working with coaches to kind of get that so that they're okay with it or just take time?
