Talk about what that is and how you're trying to leverage that here in Saskatchewan to, to take economic development forward.

Well, the Bank of Ideas, IDEAS is an acronym, stands for Initiatives for the Development of Enterprising Action and Strategies.

And I suppose what it's been on about now for 35 years is simply trying to work with people in rural communities in particular to begin to, uh, become engaged in where they wanna go as a community.

I often say in Australia, one of the reasons why up to 80% of our towns are slowly fading away is they all keep waiting for the cavalry somehow to turn up from Perth or Sydney or Canberra or something to somehow save the town.

What we've been on about is really trying to encourage people, if we're going to have a future, we who live there, who care about this place, know this place, know its assets, how do we come together, and often using our own resources, start to put in place actions that build community and business life? And what we've been trying to do as an organization now for 35 years is simply work alongside people, helping to facilitate that discovery, helping to excite people that, uh, you know what? We can make a difference.

We can do things, and, uh, begin to work with people on taking, uh, initiating kind of like actions.

Our motto is simply, you know, think big, start small, but look, act now.

[laughs]

Yeah.

Okay? And, and, and why do I say that is, um, two things.

Three things, really.

Um, when I f- uh, when I first went to my first Premier League meeting, there was 18 owners and two CEOs.

That was myself and Rick Parry from Liverpool.

And because I was there as, as an, a PLC, um, effectively I was speaking for the ownership group, and Rick was there speaking for the ownership group of Liverpool.

So for all intents and purposes, there was 20 owners in the room.
