I mean, often the finance director gets brought in when things have gone wrong.

So I've had a few situations in my career where, you know, for all good reasons, you know, the business has maybe overextended and, you know, the relationship between maybe the chief exec and CFO has broken down.

So with Next15, you know, there were some great underlying businesses, but, you know, the head office function, Almost felt it was sort of divorced from the rest of the business.

And, you know, there was a fraud in San Francisco.
