How does that actually start to look once you're landing in your inbox and you've got some time to actually process this stuff? How do I decide? And what does it look like in your system specifically?

Sure.

And what's interesting is, is that no two implementations of OmniFocus in terms of individual systems are ever the same.

I know Robert Peek fairly well, who was the chief technology officer of the David Allen company for many years.

And so Robert and I actually sat down and did a Zoom session a couple of years ago where we literally compared our systems.

And his is based on OmniFocus as well.

And it looks completely different than mine.
