She might even watch it herself.

Why? Because she wants to feel that she belongs to her group of friends.

Now, this is the point, because when we scale that up into business or any team, the nirvana, if you like, is where people are choosing to step up and take responsibility.

And taking responsibility is very different from people being made accountable.

When our kids were young, they all played out on the street outside because it was an enclosed space and it was safe.

And they played with their neighbor's kids.

But it doesn't come naturally to people.
