So my, my perspective coming into this is I- I don't intend to be a forever politician.

This is, this was not on my bingo card.

My job is to fix the problems that we have right now and build the foundation so that the next generation can start to build something better.

Um, and so when I think about my policy priorities, it's, "All right, how do I do that?" There's existing legislation that starts those systemic fixes.

Um, I'm part of only two organizations outside of Utah.

Mr. Crosby, if elected, where do you cut back or find new ways to find money?

Yeah, I think the Fiscal Commission is absolutely a good step in the right direction.

I would emphasize, though, that we don't ask the administration for permission.

Congress is the most powerful branch of government by design.

Congress legislates, they pass the law, and the executive then comes to the table.

I think there's a couple of opportunities.

One, we have to close tax loopholes.

And was that surprising to you when that result came back? A

little bit.

A little bit, right? So we'll frame this for people that aren't familiar with northern Utah.

Yeah.

We just had a new district drawn and that district is all of basically all of northern Utah, which if you look on paper should be an R plus 29 district.

Right.

And Blake Moore in past elections has actually won this district by anywhere from 30 to 35 points.

I'd love to get granular for just a moment here and talk about in District 2, I'd like to give you a moment to speak about what are you going to do to help District 2? What are they facing that you can help them with?
