Peter BroderickGUEST
Do you know a guy called 4-8 Productions? He's a streamer, but he also has got a YouTube channel.

Peter BroderickGUEST
and he's kind of the goat for the original Final Fantasy 7 like he's posted so many amazing tutorials and breakdowns from that game that I used when I was playing the game trying to beat it like I found his stuff helpful and he's one of those people like I was talking about like fans of the game that the way he speaks about about the game, hearing him speak about it helped me legitimize my feelings about the game, because he's so sincere and he's cultivated a community around him through this game.

Peter BroderickGUEST
He mentioned that that track made him want to learn the piano, I think is what he said, and that it was one of his favorite piano tracks from the game.

But when you go into Bemucia for the first time, or however you pronounce it, and it is just, and I think that's maybe the first time you've seen, like, rain, and just, like, a very... bleak backdrop and everything that's just happened as well and the soundtrack at that point kind of like completely shifts as well to this more i know like final fantasy 9 is kind of like grounded in like a medieval flair anyway but i feel that's where the game fully embraces it at that point Why Freya's theme? And then, because we've spent so much time talking about Final Fantasy VII so far, I'd love to hear about your

I'm curious, a- as you have gone through this process and, and matured the partnership, um, what have you learned along the way? Is there anything that you have pivoted or adjusted as time went on, um, to really b- make these types of, um, scholarships and the experience more valuable?

Peter BroderickGUEST
Being a physician is kind of an entry into being a teacher, but that isn't enough in and of itself.

Peter BroderickGUEST
You have to have engaged, enthusiastic preceptors because they're really the gateway to, you know, the aspirational, um, desire of the students to become excellent clinicians.

Peter BroderickGUEST
And so choosing our preceptors, having them trained, having our site directors also be attentive to the learning environment such that the students are embedded into the healthcare system, not just observing it.

Now, I, I'm curious if either of you are able to share, you know, um, some of the, the fruits, I suppose, of this program or any specific things that you've noticed as a result of being able to have this type of partnership, um, successes that you've had, and, um, just ways that you've seen really, um, that talent pipeline turn around a bit.

And then it, it all comes down and then it's like, it's a rebuild again, you know?

Peter BroderickGUEST
And what I felt immediately was like, I was taken to, you know, if the first piece and the first half of the second piece were like, you know, this trailblazing thing, like I said, and the ambition and the vision of someone's work and the bold pursuit of it, you know, and perhaps a keeping up an outward appearance for the world and then...

Peter BroderickGUEST
in the sense that like when that second half of the second piece came, I felt like I was shown something more delicate and fragile, more like, it reminded me of like the more the inner workings or the behind the scenes things of someone who has this very bold and courageous outward vision and ambition.

Peter BroderickGUEST
But then of course, behind the scenes, there's something, always something more fragile and vulnerable.
