What did that deal actually look like? And what were some of the things that had to happen in order to make it work?

Sure.

So, uh, Probably Burlington would be a good place to start with a couple of assets that we worked with.

So Burlington, not dissimilar from High Point, but it was a textile town.

So very much engaged in textiles.

There's still a lot of sock and hosiery manufacturing happening in Burlington, but there were a lot of vacant mills.

And in North Carolina, probably similar to other places throughout the country, older industrial properties that were built very well, they're brick, they have arched windows, they have sort of a nice appeal.

What doesn't transfer as well? And then what have you had to completely relearn?
