If the prices are as high as they are now, pushing $105 a barrel and looking like they're continuing to head northwards, when will we feel that at the pumps? Because presumably what we pay for is based on the price when we bought the oil.

And I mean, that's really, again, the key issue here is when you mentioned, you know, the prices going up and up, but then also we've seen those international prices going up, down, up, down, up, down, which means a huge amount of volatility.
