Is it not attractive for younger people to come through and get into the industry? Is it just because there's so much work on that everyone's been snapped up? Like, what's your take?

A long time ago, surveyors weren't actually allowed to market themselves.

you know, all this sort of stuff.

So not a lot of people know what a surveyor is, what a surveyor does, the importance of surveying, you know, within everything you do.

So that's one of the biggest things that you sort of see in this, in why there's shortages, because there's still, even though there's education going out there now, there's still not enough people realising what a surveyor does.
