Flood Re is a partnership between the insurance industry and government.

Um, we were set up because there was a market failure in terms of people being unable to... who are exposed to high flood risk, being able to get flood risk at all.

Areas just being redlined effectively.

Um, but flood plains is cheap land.

Can you speak to anything on that front? Is there anything that you're considering, future cat bond insurances, et cetera?
