The way it works at Opera on the James is twice a year.

We have five young artists, four young artists who come down for five weeks.

Down from where? From New York, from Chicago, from major markets.

Yeah.

And when I say young artists, these people are graduating from Juilliard with their MFAs and, you know, starting to build their resumes.

So they're covering at the Met.

Great.

I did a Randolph, uh, College career fair last week-

... and, and recruited interns for the future, so.

And then, um, the biggest thing we have right away that I can tell you, this Sunday w- we have our season kickoff event-
