Maybe just a little bit of detail for those that are outside in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

And, you know, I've been with M&T Bank for, for 10 years, and I've really learned a lot just broadly about the financial industry in the United States.

And, and what has really happened over the last 10 years or so is we've really come from a place of traditionally there's been a lot of regional presence for banking.

So we talk about tier one, tier two, tier three banks.

And the tier three banks in the United States, you can think of those very, very localized Institutions, they include things like credit unions and, and smaller local markets.

the organization realized at some point that, you know what, we really need a bit more structure here, and, and kind of how that evolution looked.
