Where did you feel like you brought the most value to them? If you were trying to grade yourself as a coach?
16:36
So I've coached a bunch of teams over the years from varying levels, games all the way down to recreational.
16:42
I've been on how many three semi-final teams regionals back in the day regionals yeah regionals exactly like my first regionals was 2012 in a four-person format so i've had a lot of experiences of the team is almost coaching themselves versus there's a coach involved making a lot of the calls and we've had i would say the luxury of doing that at ttt when we have on-site teams because typically you can't do that you don't have every single member in your team and you're coaching them throughout the whole season right and what i think works best really changes with the people that are on the team and the personalities their skill set somebody who wants to take on a leadership role and how they interact with the teammates on the team But personality is a big, big part of it.
17:36
And sometimes that's very difficult to have like a plan that you think could work, especially these people have never been on a team before.
17:45
Everybody has had team experience except for Lydia.
17:48
And that was a learning curve for her.
17:50
And she learned a lot and I think adapted really, really well.
