I have two sons who are in their 20s and dealing with all of the issues that young people are finding and trying to get a job these days.

I was really taken with the question of knowing the difference between price and value.

I'm just running into so many young people who are living from not even paycheck to paycheck, from from gig to gig and getting stiffed, and I've been there.

I certainly know what some of the pitfalls are, and I don't want to tell anybody else how to do it, but I've walked down that road, and I thought maybe I could offer a few tips on things that worked for me.

Women were only able to go into a limited number of professions So why did you think it was important to start with these ideas and facts?

Well, I think that women were always kept at a distance from the well-paid jobs, the secure jobs.

And I think that the way the corporations are going now is to try to put all the workers in the same position, the same situation.
