So the current exhibition is running under the title 10,000 Hours.

I'm hinting to the takes 10,000 hours to... master a craft and our artists have been chosen based on what their very specific processes are to get to the point of having their own style that is recognizable or really bringing a story across that people can engage with.

For this specific exhibition it is very very wide ranging in mediums, in age groups, in ethnicities.

And I found it really fun to curate this because I have a lot of works that hang together beautifully that I would never in a million years put together.

And it is for me also a huge learning curve to kind of step out of my traditional understanding of curation and see what new forms are emerging in that space.

And it's interesting because they always have the judging panel is always quite varied and the conversations can get quite heated last year we did it over zoom but this year we got together and it gets even more heated when you're together I love that so do I but also it's kind of you know it's because you care exactly people get heated about stuff because they care about stuff That's a very good
