But from there, you went and started your own architecture firm?

I did.

I had an opportunity at the time.

There was a big, uh, parking lot in front of Bally's, and, um, and Dick Gilman at that time was very concerned what he saw across the street.

And I had finished the design with, with Joel and o- and Steve Wynn of the exterior of the Mirage, and, uh, I wanted to potentially open my own practice, and that was a job that we were going to do.

That job, uh, because Dick Gilman said, "What can I m- how do I make Bally's," at that time, "look like the Mirage?" I mean, so the job was that.
