I do also just want to come back before we skip ahead a little bit, but, With that change that you've seen over the years, what would you say back in Anime Works days were the challenges and opportunities of that time? And how has that changed to today in your mind?

Okay, so I want to talk about some of the biggest challenges.

So the biggest challenges are...

I'm going to speak from my perspective, not necessarily from the perspective of anime works.

And the reason I'm creating that distinction is while I was very involved with and still am very involved with a lot of operational stuff, at that time, I wasn't as involved with operational stuff.

I was more... frontline, making sure people enjoyed anime and all that stuff.

So the first, so when I say what I'm going to say, just, you know, take it from that point of view as well.
