To be honest, like, yeah, after training, like, you know, when you're just like, you've got, you know, just killing time after training, you're having a laugh with the lads.

Paul IzzoGUEST
And like, just do like, yeah, sometimes like, just tried to heroic, unbelievable penalties, like smash it, pop pins and everything.

Paul IzzoGUEST
And so like, I think, yeah, I've done it a bit before, but as just more so as a laugh, I think, um, but actually that week leading up to the game, obviously we're preparing a lot and practicing all our pens and everything.

Paul IzzoGUEST
And, um, we actually, as the goalkeepers there as well, we had to practice in case we had to take some.

Ollie GealeHOST
But then do you feel like it's like, you know, if you've got a striker or an attacking player, let's just get them in first before we go to the centre-back? Or do you disagree with that?

Paul IzzoGUEST
I think goalkeeping is maybe, oh, uh, I'm gonna s- maybe 40% physical and talent and all that, and the rest is absolutely mental.

Paul IzzoGUEST
Because I think if you look at the, the best goalkeepers in the world, they can all make those big and amazing saves, but it's that mental side that's makes the difference.

Paul IzzoGUEST
"Okay, don't do that next time, or do this step first, then you can do it again." Like, the more mistakes you make, the better you're gonna be.

Paul IzzoGUEST
And when people try to be safe, and, "I don't wanna make a mistake at training," you're like, yeah, to an extent, of course, but, like, you need to push your limits to find out what you can and can't do.
