So a pet could be with you for 15 or 16 years, and you can think of all the, I suppose the, the, the times in life, like there's births, weddings, marriages, everything that can happen in life, and they're with, with you every step of the way.

But what, what, what, what do you say, Paul, to people who you meet when you say, when you talk about the pet bereavement line, and you know these people exist, of course, who, who are appalled by what happened to Tracy's cat, but they, at some level they'll kind of say, "But actually they're just animals," or, "It's just a pet"?
